HBS Upgrade Dublin Airport Terminal 1 and 2
Network 2000 wins contract to provide CommScope SYSTIMAX certified ICT Copper and fibre infrastructure to both Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 baggage handling systems upgrade projects. This also includes CCTV supply, installation and certification, ICT diversionary works, and full ICT system patching and integration. The system upgrade started in 2019 and is projected to run to Q2 2023
DAA North Runway Project
Network 2000 recently completed the final handover of the North Runways ICT fibre backbone. The project included the termination, testing and certification of over 50km of fibre cable and in excess of 15,000 fibre cores. The scope also included for the supply, installation and certification of fibre backbone (10km/2000 cores), Cat 6 UTP, CCTV cameras. Full system copper and fibre patching and integration. Full CommScope SYSTIMAX warranty issued on completion of works.
Legal Aid Board Structured Cabling Term Contract
Network 2000 secures the Legal Aid Board ICT support contract for 2022. The contract consists of the supply and installation of ICT structured cabling services and call out / fault resolution country wide, in over 30 office locations. In addition, Network 2000 recently completed a Belden Cat 6 installation at a new office location in Lapps Quay Cork.
St James Hospital Cardiology Building Rapid Build Project
Network 2000 recently completed the supply, installation and certification of 700 + Cat 6A Brand Rex certified data points for St. James Hospital’s new cardiology building.
Aspen Student Accommodation
Network 2000 successfully completes the full supply, installation and certification of 700 + Excel Cat 6 points at the Aspen student accommodation in Ballymun, Dublin.
Trinity College Dublin – Apollo House & South Leinster Street
Network 2000 has recently successfully completed the structured cabling installation of new fit-outs at Apollo House and South Leinster Street in Dublin on behalf of Trinity College Dublin.
Property Registration Authority of Ireland, Irish Life Centre, Dublin 1
Network 2000 has recently successfully completed the structured cabling installation of new fit-out at the Irish Life Centre in Dublin on behalf of PRAI.
St James’s Hospital – New Haemophilia & Hepatology Inpatient Building
Network 2000 has recently successfully completed the structured cabling installation of 380+ cat 6 data outlets and both copper and fibre optic backbone infrastructure at the new Haemophilia & Hepatology Inpatient Building on the St James’s Hospital Campus.
County Galway VEC – Wi-Fi Rollout
Network 2000 have completed the rollout of Wi-Fi in 12 schools in Galway VEC. The project was completed in conjunction with Agile Networks and incorporated schools across the county including schools on Inis Mor, Inis Oirr & Inis Meain.

Realex Payments Ireland Ltd
Network 2000 has recently successfully completed the structured cabling installation of 700+ cat 6 data outlets and both copper and fibre optic backbone infrastructure at the financial company’s new office at The Observatory on Sir John Rogersons Quay in Dublin.
Dublin Airport Authority
Network 2000 successfully tendered and won the data point installation, copper and fibre patching contract at Dublin Airport. The contract runs until April 2023 and Network 2000 will be responsible for the installation, termination, test and certification of all data outlets required by the DAA at Dublin Airport. By 2023, Network 2000 will have held this contract for a total of 18 years.
Network 2000 secures the TE Connectivity ND&I Certification.
This allows network 2000 to supply and install TE Connectivity products such as Krone and Amp Netconnect Structured Cabling Systems and on completion the client is given a full installation warranty from TE Connectivity which stands over the installation for 25 years.
Network 2000 successfully secures the Fault Resolution & Maintenance Contract at Dublin Airport.
In April 2019, Network 2000 successfully tendered and secured the Fault Resolution & Maintenance Contract on the DAA Network at Dublin Airport until April 2023.
The Contract involves carrying out fault resolution and maintenance services 24 hours a day, 365 days per year at Dublin Airport.
The services we will be providing to the DAA include:
• Fault Resolution on the DAA Network (valued in excess of €90m)
• Day to Day Maintenance on the DAA Network
• Preventative Maintenance
• Disaster Recovery Support
• Infrastructure Documentation

Network 2000 successfully completes the Specialist System Patching Dublin Airport Terminal 2 for SITA.
Network 2000 successfully completed the patching of all specialist systems in Terminal 2 at Dublin Airport.
The project involved the patching of all specialist system equipment on both copper and fibre optic infrastructure.
The systems patched in the project include; CCTV, Access Control, CATV, Local Area Network, Wireless Local Area Network, Security Screening, DAS Cell, DAS Radio, CUTE, FIDS, Lifts & Escalators, BMS, TELCO, Mobile Operators etc…
The project was completed successfully, on time and in total over 10,000 circuits was patched and fully documented.
Network 2000 secures the Belden CSV Certification.
This allows network 2000 to supply and install Belden IBDN Structured Cabling Systems and on completion the client is given an Extended Belden IBDN System warranty from Belden which stands over the installation for 25 years.
